  • Many companies will double (or sometimes triple!) the value of their employees’ gifts. If your company or firm has a matching gift program, simply enclose the form along with your contribution and we’ll take care of the rest.   • By making a gift of stock to The Barnstormers Theatre, you can avoid paying any capital gains tax and you receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock.

  • You can support The Barnstormers through a wide array of non-cash donations of items and services. We would be happy to exchange great promotional opportunities for your in-kind gifts.   • If you are over 70 ½ years old you may make a direct transfer up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified charity without having to pay income taxes on the distribution. Simply instruct your IRA Plan Administrator to transfer funds directly to The Barnstormers Theatre and provide our address (104 Main Street, Tamworth, NH 03886) and Federal Tax ID Number (02-0266358). For more information on the IRA charitable rollover, please consult your investment advisor or retirement plan administrator. Please feel free to use the form linked here.

  • Perhaps you'd like to leave a portion of your estate to The Barnstormers Theatre! These estate distributions will be tax free for your estate and heirs, and the full amount of your gift will benefit the theatre in the future.  Consult your lawyer or financial advisor for more information on naming The Barnstormers Theatre as a designated beneficiary.

The Barnstormers is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of its patrons who support its programs including:  professional summer theatre, apprenticeships, and the theatre’s availability to other local performing arts groups in the fall and spring.

Like most theatres nationwide, ticket sales account for a portion of income needs, so every gift to The Barnstormers is greatly appreciated.  Donors are vital in each and every production. Those who contribute are recognized in our season program.

  • We love this playhouse. Whenever we’re in Tamworth New Hampshire one of the first things we do is check out the Barnstormers schedule. Always a great variety of plays each season. If your interested in going with kids call the box office for info on their family nights. So much history here. Definitely check it out.

  • 1st time here and This place is just amazing. Comfortable seats /accommodating and friendly staff/cool theatre and easy to get in and out. The performance was better than I’ve seen in Boston …..you could see and FEEL the characters! The standing ovation at the end was brilliant and well deserved. Can’t wait to go back.
