Cancellation Policy

All sales are final; there are no refunds.

Only our season and scrip subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same play, subject to availability, and only if notification is received at least 24 hours prior to the show you were scheduled to attend.

If you are unable to use your tickets for a given play, may we suggest treating a friend to an evening at the theatre? You may also donate tickets back to the theatre; if we can resell them, a receipt for your contribution will be sent to you for IRS purposes.
