The season is produced in “one-week stock”, eight productions
(six performances of each) in eight weeks. Rehearsals for each show begin approximately eight days before the show’s opening.
All dates below are in 2010. As of the date of this notice’s posting, all roles are available.

***THE MISER by Moliere. Runs July 20 – 24. All roles open.
***ALMOST, MAINE by John Cariani. Runs July 27 - 31. All roles open.
***ROOM SERVICE by John Murray and Allen Boretz. Runs August 3 – 7. All roles open.
***THE GHOST TRAIN by Arnold Ridley. Runs August 10 – 14. All roles open.
This 1920s play was The Barnstormers’ first production, in 1931.
Miss Bourne: Late 50s or 60s. Severe, spinster-type woman.
Peggy Murdock: Early 20s. Petty newlywed.
Charles Murdock: Early 20s. Peggy’s husband. Handsome newlywed.
Elsie Winthrop: Mid 30s. Mature, well-to-do married woman.
Richard Winthrop: 40s. Well-to-do businessman. Elsie’s husband.
Saul Hodgkin: Late 50s – 60s. Railway employee.
Teddie Deakin: Late 30s – 40s. Eccentric comic character. Playboy.
Herbert Price: Mid 50s – early 60s. High society character. Patriarch.
Julia Price: Late 20s. Youthful society lady. Herbert’s daughter.
John Sterling: Mid 40s. High society character. Physician.
***EARNEST IN LOVE Music: Lee Pockriss. Book/Lyrics: Anne Croswell.
Runs August 17 – 21. All roles open.
Jack Worthing: 20s. Very earnest young man. Intent on marrying Miss Gwendolyn Fairfax. Sings well, dances well.
Gwendolyn Fairfax: 20s. Outspoken young lady, equally intent on marrying Mr. Worthing. Sings well, dances well.
Lady Bracknell: 40s+. Society matron. Gwendolyn’s mother and Mr. Algernon Moncrieff’s aunt. Sings well.
Algernon Moncrieff: 20s. Not earnest about anything. Not intent on marrying anyone. Sings well, dances well.
Cecily Cardew: 18. Excessively pretty. Her desire: To meet a wicked man. Sings well, dances well.
Miss Prism: 40s+. Proper spinster whose sights are set upon Rev. Chasuble. Sings well, moves well.
Dr. Chasuble: 40s+. The local pastor. Serious man. Sings well, moves well.
Merriman and Lane: Menservants. Must sing well, move well.
Alice/Effie: City maid/country maid. Must sing well, move well.
