Last season the Barnstormers presented the premier of the Barnstormers Shuttle, resulting from a new business venture between the theatre and FAST Taxi & Shuttle. The idea was to make theatre more accessible for those with transportation or health issues. It also allows patrons of the theatre an uninhibited night out. You can go out for dinner and cocktails and have a chauffeur driven ride to and from the theatre for about the same price it would cost you for gas to drive yourself. It's also a great community feature for vacationers who are not familiar with the area. The Barnstormers Shuttle is a great addition to the surrounding areas. Thanks to Wal-mart of North Conway and their strong support of the arts and the community, the Barnstormers Theatre is pleased to introduce them as the sponsor of the Barnstormers Shuttle for the 2003 season.
The Barnstormers Shuttle will run three nights a week during July and August. You must make your reservations with the theatre first and then call the shuttle to make your transportation arrangements. Every Tuesday night the Shuttle will be in the Wolfboro area, Meredith area on Wednesday nights and friday nights you can catch a ride from the Mount Washington Valley area. Specified locations in each area are established for pick up and delivery however FAST Taxi & Shuttle will go out of their way to accommodate your special needs if at all possible, so please feel free to call with your requests.
A night at the theatre is a special event. If you want a night of total relaxation and enjoyment why not let the new "Barnstormers Shuttle" pick you up and drive you. The cost is only $10 a person and if you dine at some of the participating restaurants you will receive a $5 voucher toward your ride, making it an even bigger bargain. Ticket prices for The Barnstormers are $22 for orchestra, $18 for balcony seats. Regular theatergoers can enjoy savings on their season with scrip or season tickets, 8 for the price of 7.
